Our Hiring Process

The Abrio Living team is committed to improving the lives of our clients through innovative and compassionate care, advocacy, and support. Each member of our staff undergoes an extensive hiring process that includes:

  • Multiple interviews
  • Comprehensive criminal background checks
  • Driving record checks
  • Class 1 fingerprint clearance from Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Once hired, all Abrio Living team members are equipped with training, orientation, and support to help them feel confident in their roles and in assisting with a variety of care needs. Each team member also undergoes state-developed training, which includes:

  1. CPR and first aid
  2. Client rights review and instruction
  3. Behavior management
  4. Physical aggression management
  5. Medication administration
  6. Habilitation goals

Our team members also serve as advocates for the individuals they assist and are trained to recognize possible signs of illness, abuse, or neglect. Each team member is supervised and evaluated regularly to ensure they consistently provide high-quality care.
