Each month the Program Manager meets with the members to get their input on what types of activities they would like to do, what outings they would like to participate in, and what foods they would like to see on the menu for the upcoming month. Using that information, the Program Manager creates the monthly activity calendar and menu.

Members are taken to their appointments in the agency vehicle, or appointments are via tele-health. All appointments are documented, and information is recorded in the member’s file. Staff complete all follow-up orders and make follow-up appointments as needed.

All members have their own bedroom. Staff honor each member’s right to privacy and confidentiality.

Each month the agency creates a menu based on the choices the members have made. The Program Manager incorporates doctors' instructions, if applicable, and aims to promote healthy eating habits for all members.
